About James Conrad, Home Inspector

Building Inspector Cape CodJames grew up in New England and resides here on Cape Cod with his family in Brewster.  He graduated from the University of Maine and worked in the hospitality and human resources professions for multi-national companies before changing career paths.  James owned and operated a contracting and custom furniture business while living in Maine, along with being a licensed building code inspector.  When not inspecting homes he continues to handcraft furniture in his free time.

In His Own Words....

I have always been fascinated with building construction. In particular, the science of how a home works and solving house problems.  Becoming a Home Inspector provides me the opportunity to share my experience and assist people in better understanding the house they intend to make a home.
